Your teacher

Meet Cecilio.

He's a native Spanish speaker and language teacher based in Madrid. He built Cuentacuenta — and Push Past specifically — because he kept seeing the same thing: learners who had a solid foundation but couldn't get their Spanish to go deeper.

Push Past is the course he wished existed for learners at this stage. Conversation-first, grammar inside the language rather than on top of it, and a specific focus on the past tense — the area where he saw people get stuck most.

Every lesson is built from years in the classroom, watching what actually moves people forward at this level.
